What a busy first term we have had in Nursery. We have been exploring all the different areas of the Nursery and getting to know each other. We have been working hard on our communication and language skills and are taking turns to take the chatterbox home and fill it with things that are special to us. We have then shared it with the rest of the group.
This term we have been learning all about what makes us unique including looking at being healthy and our bodies. We even did some food tasting and tried lots of different fruits including strawberries, plums, grapes and raspberries. It was yummy!
As part of our No Pens Wednesday were were not allowed to write or draw we had to focus on developing our language and communication skills and we had such fun baking shortbread. It didn't last long though, we really enjoyed eating it all up.
